My sister, Lorena, experienced a brain aneurysm on November 8, 2024. We were having our regular Friday night catch-up with the family when Lorena suddenly felt dizzy and passed out. She was then brought to the nearest hospital and found out that she has a ruptured brain aneurysm. They performed an open surgery to clip the aneurysm on November 10, 2024, for a 10-hour long surgery. Due to the open surgery procedure, she will be in the ICU for at least 2 weeks and will undergo rehabilitation/therapies. Lorena is a very loving, kind, compassionate daughter of God. At this point in time, there are so many uncertainties. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers along with her 3 kids (2 boys in college and 1 daughter in junior high) and husband.
