On Tuesday March 23, 2021 Lorena Schulte’s life was taken too soon, along with Corrections Officer Robert McFarland.
Lorena was 50 years-old, living in Cedar Rapids, IA and working in Anamosa, IA. She leaves behind many loved ones.
The people running this fund are Roxanne’s child and grandchild- also from Cedar Rapids, IA.
Any money raised will go to support her family and to Lorena’s life long best friend/partner to help with expenses that arise during this difficult time. Lorena had lived with her best friend and partner, Roxanne Courtney, since 1993. (28 years) They currently own their second home together in Cedar Rapids, IA.
I will personally be handling and withdrawing the funds and delivering the donations to the family listed above. You may also choose to give cash to the family if you know them personally as-well. Thank you.
