Loren and Mom are Battling Loren’s Cancer.

UPDATE: Dear friends, I want to say Thank You to all of you have donated to my precious Grandson Loren Davis’s  go fund me page. Just to update his and his Mother’s situation, he has now been at St Jude’s Hospital in Memphis Tennessee for 7 months (since November 2022) , fighting Ewing Sarcoma Cancer! Recently he had a Staph infection due to a problem with his port. This started two rounds of intravenous antibiotics with good results, but also required two surgeries a week apart to remove his defective port and implant a new one! My daughter is unable to work due to having to stay with Loren. This is an extremely difficult position to be in and we truly appreciate anything you can do to help. May God Bless you for your prayers for my beautiful grandson Loren!

Loren is ten years old and has spent the last 4 months at St Jude’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. His mother, MacKenzie, is unable to work while tending to her son’s care. Bathing, medications, and helping him navigate his hospital surroundings in a walker leave no time for work. She and Loren could use any help they can get with their financial responsibilities; rent and car payments are getting to be too much.

At St Jude’s he is getting the best care possible but we are unsure when he can return home. Thank God for St. Jude’s and the help we have received at no cost; but more is needed.

Loren attended 5th grade at Cape Girardeau Middle School before he was diagnosed with cancer the first of November,2022. They have removed part of his lung and are battling further malignancy in his hip.
