As many of you may know our sweet friend Loralee has just been diagnosed with colon cancer. Lora is a wife and mother of 5 cute kiddos and as you can imagine has a huge responsibility in her home. With her being so far from close friends and family it will be even more difficult for her to do all the things she needs to. Jens her hubby will need to be with her during all her appointments and treatments so unfortunately will have reduced hours and less income. There will also be additional expenses like fuel, hotel stays, eating away from home and the added medical care expenses.

Positive note is Loralee lives less than an hour from the best cancer center in the country and will be very well taken care of! The Lord knew she needed to be right here and he put her here. We are all so thankful for that blessing!

As of now we know Loralee will have some very intensive testing done next week over several days and the 13th will have surgery to remove the cancer. Lots and lots of prayers are needed both for comfort and healing, this is an extremely difficult time with so much being unknown.

Above all this sweet family needs ALL the prayers! If you're also able to help monetarily that's amazing too! The Lord knows their needs and we all have no doubt that He will provide for those needs.
