Help Lay My Dad to Rest

On Friday, September 12th, my world changed forever. My father passed away suddenly, and I only learned he was in the hospital after he was already gone. His passing has left me in shock, heartbroken, and trying to process emotions I never imagined facing at 26 years old.

My dad meant everything to me—he was my protector, my biggest supporter, and the person who always believed in me and his loss deeply painful. Our African community has come together in love and unity to raise funds, and while the financial burden is not mine alone, I want to do my part in supporting this effort to give my dad a proper farewell.

I am reaching out during this difficult time to ask for help.
