LooWee's Emergency Surgery

Hello all. It is unfortunate to announce that my dog LooWee will have to have an emergency surgery. He has developed bladder stones that continue to block his urinary passage way. I've been monitoring his behavior and noticed that he gets very lethargic. He wouldn’t eat. He’ll vomit every now and again. Blood will dispense from his lower region. He’ll whine in pain. He's not the same energetic dog that he once was. I'd appreciate all the help that I can get for this emergency surgery cost. Thank you.
