Im Normalfall sagt der Titel der Kampagne fast alles.
Im Normalfall würde ich mich aber auch niemals an andere wenden bei finanziellen Herausforderungen. Aber gut, wer bin ich eigentlich?
Mein Künstlername ist Philthy, mein richtiger Name lautet Philipp Tesch.
2017 wurde ich erster deutscher Meister der Kategorie Loopstation bei den Deutschen Beatbox-Meisterschaften. Weiterhin veranstalte ich jährlich zwei mal die "German Beatbox Cypher", zu der ich für die Community meist einen großen Saal mit Bühne miete, wo diese sich anhand von Contests messen und verbessern kann, was das Hauptziel dieser Veranstaltung ist.
Meine Loopstation - die "RC 505" von Boss - besitze ich bereits seit etwa 5 Jahren.
Wieso aber wende ich mich an euch?
Nun, wie bei allen technischen Geräten ist es so, dass sie irgendwann nachlassen. Dies gilt auch für meine geliebte Loopstation, die mich durch verschiedene Events quer durch Deutschland begleitet hat, neigt sich langsam dem Ende zu. Sie schaltet sich zwischenzeitlich ab, einige Tasten sind nicht mehr verlässlich in ihrer Funktionalität, usw. Ich bin natürlich trotzdem erstaunt, dass diese Technik sehr lange hielt und wie viel ich in diesen 5 Jahren dadurch erleben konnte. Ich entwickelte mich durch sie zu den Musiker, der ich heute bin. Musik zu kreieren - vorallem live - bedeutet einfach sehr viel für mich.
In Kürze stehen weitere Auftritte, Events und sogar Tutorial-Videos an für die Loopstation-Neueinsteiger in Deutschland. Das bedeutet, ich möchte stets 100% geben können, um all meine Erfahrungen mit der Loopstation zu vermitteln und unter Beweis zu stellen. Dafür benötige ich jedoch eine RC 505, welche natürlich intakt ist in all ihren Funktion.
Für den Kauf einer neuen Loopstation benötige ich genau eure finanzielle Unterstützung, da ich selbst aktuell noch Student bin, welcher lediglich einen kleinen Nebenjob ausführen kann und weitere alltägliche Herausforderungen zu meistern hat. Aus diesem Grund versuche ich es einfach ein mal mit dieser Kampagne und bitte um eure Unterstützung.
Was kann ich euch dafür bieten?
Ich habe sehr lange überlegt, was ich als einzelne Person euch noch mehr bieten kann, als nur jedes Jahr einen Saal zu mieten und Events zu planen. Dann ist mir eingefallen, dass sehr viele Beatboxer & Looper sehr oft Fragen zu Effekten, Techniken und anderen Tricks auf der Loopstation haben, welche ich immer sehr akkurat beantworten konnte. Und eben dieses Wissen möchte ich gern mit euch (weiterhin) teilen.

Well, actually you already can guess the topic through the title of this fundraising campaign. Well, actually I would never ask for others help for finding financial solutions. But first of all - who am I?
My artist name is "Philthy", my real name is Philipp Tesch and I'm from Germany.
I've been the first Loopstation Champion since 2017 and received the title at German Championships. Furthermore, I also organize the "German Beatbox Cypher" twice a year, where the community meets and beatboxers prove and improve their skills!
I got my loopstation - "RC 505" from Boss - around 5 years ago.
What do I want from you?
As you may know, technical devices might tend to give up their function after a while. This also concerns my wonderful loopstation, which made it even possible for me to travel thorugh Germany, visit some events and share my experience and skills with a lot of people out there.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of technical problems with it nowadays, like random shutdowns or strange noises coming through output channels, and so on.
In addition to incoming live performances I also plan to upload a lot of new tutorials for loopstation beginners and advanced loopers. In both things, "live" and "online", I always want to give 100% to show and share my experience in looping. In this case, I really need a new Boss RC 505, which works also 100%.
For purchasing a new loopstation I really would need and appreciate your help! Due to the fact that I am only a student and only able to do a tiny job nowadays it's almost impossible for me to afford a new loopstation. Thats why I just want to try it this way. I mean, why not?
What could I do for YOU?
I would never ask for support with the knowledge of being unable to give you something back, so I thought about it for a while and now I know what i can do for you.
