Looking Back, Moving Forward
Donation protected
This time last year, North Oldham High Shool helped one of their seniors "look back and move forward" by raising funds to provide CHRISTMAS for the orphanage he came from. It was only a few short years ago that Samuel Pyle (Freshman at Hanover), Bethany Pyle (Sophomore at NOHS), and Drake Pyle (8th grade at NOMS) were celebrating Christmas in Sierra Leone, West Africa. They didn't have a magical Christmas morning full of gifts and a special breakfast. They didn't even have a family to sing carols with around the tree, but they did have a Christmas meal thanks to American sponors who were willing to donate in order to bring some joy to over 100 orphans. Looking Back Moving Forward (LBMF) provided a wonderful Christmas last year to the orphanage in Sierra Leone. This year Hanover College is taking up the cause to help more orphans just like LBMF did last year, and like someone did for Samuel, Bethany and Drake. We are so appreciative for anyone willing to walk along side us during this Christmas miracle.
This organization continues to grow and give back. After Christmas, we will also be announcing the next exciting campaign and mission statement that you can be a part of.
