As we all know, I am a very private person. Sharing my problems and asking for help is one of my worst fears. Today I am going to swallow my pride, because I very much need help. After 6 years, I fell very far off the wagon. I’ve been to the hospital, and am through the worst of my detox. However, unlike last time, I really want to do this right. I’m going to an inpatient facility to help me learn how to not end up here again. Unfortunately, I don’t have the $10,000 (after my insurance) to go. I know it’s a lot, but after calling every place between SLO and San Jose, this is the best fit for me. The one that I feel will give me the best chance for success. So I plead with you, if you have even the tiniest bit to spare, it will help greatly, and I will forever be grateful. In case you are curious, after I finish here, I have an intensive outpatient facility lined up. I’m going to do this right, and I appreciate any help even if it’s a share.
