Looking for help to get my quality of life back

Hi my name is Adam hauff and I'm dealing with so much pain everyday need to have neck surgery to replace disc's and need back surgery to replace more disc's plus have to have knee surgery to replace left knee looking any kind of help to get my quality of life back
