HELMETS SAVE LIVES...
On June 26th, Mac Cox was in a horrific motorcycle accident, found not breathing & needed to be resuscitated, then Life Flighted to the ICU at EIRMC in Idaho Falls. He broke his tibia, fibula, arm, ribs, there are several facial/jaw fractures, collapsed lung, abdomen tear, and his throat was cut open by his helmet strap. It missed his carotid artery LUCKILY.
Yes, this helmet saved his life, but the vehicle that stopped late to turn left, blocking the left and right directions, forced Mac to slam into the back of their vehicle and caused this horrific chain of events. NOTHING on this motorcycle is salvageable.
Mac is so incredibly lucky to be alive. #LOOKTWICESAVEALIFE
As many of you know, medical bills can be an immense burden, especially when you are stuck with bills for something that wasn't your fault. To help alleviate the stacking bills from Life Flight, ICU, surgery, follow-up visits, Physical Therapy, MISSED WORK, etc. We are asking for any donation to help Mac tackle this stressful financial hardship. He is going through enough mentally, PHYSICALLY, and emotionally.
