Lonny's Journey: Overcoming Severe Injuries
Donation protected
Speaking on behalf of the family. On March 9, 2025 Lonny England sustained life-threatening injuries which he is still fighting. He was hit and pinned under a car for 10 minutes at a crosswalk in Central point. Lonny is a a wonderful 19-year-old, whose family has been lifelong community members who are needing help. He graduated from Eagle Point High School and is an active member of this community.
These parents are needing the opportunity to provide the life saving love this will take to save Lonny. Lonny is currently at OHSU and will be there for some months. His injuries were so extensive that the specialist from OHSU had to fly into stabilize him from Portland to transfer. He is currently on an ECMO machine to help his lungs heal. Lonny is also in a medically induced coma for his body to heal.
I could never imagine what his parents seconds and minutes right now are and would never wish this on any parent. This is a family of our community that has never asked for anything from anyone, but desperately needs any help that anyone can spare.
Also prayers, please, as many as you can give. I would ask anyone who sees this to help take care of this young man with such a bright future ahead. God willing give grace to this family and this young man.
I thank everyone that takes the time to read this and donate to Lonny and his family. Much love.
