Dear Friends family and co workers,

I am writing to share some personal news with you. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 2 rectal cancer. As an EMS worker, I have dedicated my life to helping others in their time of need. Now, I find myself in a position where I am the one in need of support.

I am currently undergoing treatment and am determined to fight this disease with everything I have. I wanted to share this news with you because your friendship and support mean a lot to me.
