Long Road to Recovery for Kyle

Hi!

As many of you know, our dear friend Kyle was involved in a severe motorcycle accident on August 16, 2024. He was on his way to work when he was hit by a vehicle, to no fault of his own. Kyle flew over 100 feet from impact. He was then airlifted by ORNG to a Trauma Centre in Toronto from life-altering injuries.

Kyles injuries are critical, breaking many bones from the neck down, and a few shattered. He underwent his first major surgery last night & will have 2 more major surgeries in the next few days. These surgeries are high risk, and Kyle will be flown out to a specialist surgeon for his pelvis.

Thankfully, he is alive and has been cleared of neck, spine and head injuries.

Kyle lives a very active lifestyle, he is hardworking, dedicated and overall the most incredible person. A great Son, Brother, Partner, Friend and Dog Dad all in one. The extent of his injuries will lead him down a long road of recovery.
