My name is Kaylynn Hunter. I am the oldest of six. It pains me to even have to start this GoFundMe account. Sadly, we are in the grievance of our youngest sister.

We are very family oriented. I love yous said on a daily. Goodnights, good mornings, hugs, talks, secrets shared, thoughts, how our days went, how we feel and why we feel that way. A bond between us sisters that no one can break. A bond between daughters and their mother. A bond with grandma and aunty. It’s all there. It’s all so tight. It’s a crazy close bond. To lose our sister the way we did, there is pain, so so much pain and hurt and anger. It’s scary knowing that this will make one less of us. This will definitely take time to heal from.

Anita Lucei, a beautiful soul, had only recently turned 15 years old on March 31st. She was full of joy, laughter, lots of ‘tude(lol), and she was so much more. She had so much life to live, yet she was taken from us, way too soon. A pain wished upon no other. Although, I will not go into detail, know it all happen suddenly and unexpected. Therefore, this account. We can use all the help we can get.

She is the youngest daughter. She is a youngest sister, also an older sister to our brother. She is an aunty. She is a friend. She is a niece. She is a granddaughter. She IS so much. She means so much to so many. I say “is” because regardless of if she has passed on, she will always be there, in our hearts and our minds. She will always love each an every one person she had in her life.

This feels so surreal.

All funds will help pay for all funeral costs. We will use the funds for giveaway items as that is a part of our believes. We will use funds for appreciation gifts for all of our helpers, such as the hunters, the gatherers, the cooks, the drummers, the officiators and the donators. Funds will also be used for assisting our family that traveled from Arizona. It will help with hotel room costs, dining, gas, any hygiene supplies they may need. Funds will be used to pay for our wing dresses, moccasins and any other traditional dressing items we may need. We will use the funds for gas, as we are constantly traveling back and forth to gather all things needed for the funeral. 

 As much as it sucks, as hard as this is, I know I need to get it done. Any and all donations are GREATLY appreciated by my family and I. Thank you.
