This is their story..

On 19 January 2022, two people living on opposite sides of the world met online through Roblox.

Jacob was in the United Kingdom

Kiara was in Australia

What started as meeting through an online game turned into something neither of them could have imagined.

They have talked every single day and night since 2022, making a long-distance relationship between Australia and the UK work despite the thousands of kilometres and time zones between them. ❤️

And kn the 2nd Oct, during Kiara’s 6-month trip to the UK, Jacob took their gaming love story to an entirely different level…

He proposed to her on stage, in front of everyone, at TennoVIP 2026 — a global series of in-person fan events for Warframe players. ❤️

In front of a whole crowd, Jacob got down on one knee and asked Kiara to marry him…

AND SHE SAID YES! ❤️

And then the entire crowd erupted into applause!

I honestly can’t think of a more fitting proposal for these two.

They met because of gaming… they built a relationship across two countries through gaming… and now they got engaged on a stage surrounded by the gaming community they both love. ❤️

So I guess this officially answers the question…

“Who said long-distance relationships don’t work?”

Apparently these two never got that memo!
