It is with great joy and anticipation that I announce that my oldest son Gage has received the most amazing news! His wife, Denisy and his daughter, KK, have had their Visas approved!!! This has been nearly 3 years in the making- so many challenges and disappointments along the way- such a frustrating journey through the US immigration system. They have been married since 2020 and it has taken this long to bring them here from Cape Verde. We are hopeful that they will arrive in February - and begin their lives together here in the US. I, for one, can hardly wait!!! I love both of these girls and can't wait to be mother-in-love and "jimmy" - arms wide open!

All of this on Gage's modest teacher salary. Any help at all would be much appreciated by us all.
