Lone Platt Tech Student prevails over 173 Teams

Ethan Feldman is a student at Platt Technical High School in Milford CT.  He recently competed against 173 School teams nationwide for the opportunity to go to the Johnson Space Center in Houston Texas. 
Ethan created a software project that could identify and provide information in real time for Space Station Astronauts.  Ethan is 1 of 10 teams chosen this year

The NASA HUNCH(High school students United with NASA to Create Hardware) Program, is  an innovative school-based program that partners NASA with high school students across the country. This partnership involves students fabricating real-world products for NASA as they apply their science, technology, engineering and mathematics skills as well as learning to work in teams and think creatively.
Ethan has begun fundraising thru the community and the Platt Tech PFO is setting up this Go Fund Me page along with a $300 donation to get him started. Ethan is responsible for his own airfare, hotel, meals and transportation.  The estimate for the 4 day trip is approximately $1800-2000
