Supporting London Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation
It’s my 65th birthday on 1 May and I’m lucky enough to have everything I want so I'm raising money in aid of WILDLIFE RESCUE AND AMBULANCE SERVICE (ENFIELD) and every donation will help. In November we found this tiny hedgehog in the street. We named her Igl, the Anglo Saxon word for hedgehog. With support and advice from WRAS every step of the way we have raised Igl through the winter. Her weight has increased from 200g to 800g and we will be releasing her back into the wild at the end of this month. WRAS is a fantastic volunteer led organisation based in Trent Park that rescues, cares for and releases injured wildlife. Learn more at WRAS-enfieldwildlife.org.uk. They are desperately in need of money as Enfield has more than doubled their rent this year. They run on a shoestring and any donation you can give will help. Go and visit their lovely cafe and wildlife centre in Trent Park too and help them rescue and rehabilitate other wildlife like Igl. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
