My name’s Jez, and this year I’m taking on the London to Brighton bike ride in memory of a beautiful soul, Honor, who is sadly no longer with us.

Honour’s story is heartbreaking, and like so many others, it’s a reminder of how important mental health awareness really is and the devastating impact drugs can have on young lives, families, and communities.

I want to use this ride to help raise awareness, encourage people to talk more openly about mental health, and support the incredible work Mind does for those struggling and in need of help.

Any donation, no matter the size, would mean the world and will go towards helping others get the support they need.
