London T100 olympic distance triathlon

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Jeff Abell and I am trying to raise funds to be able to complete the London T100 triathlon in August 2025.
I have always been a very active person throughout my life, playing multiple sports from football to rugby and more, however in 2018 I suffered my first of three spinal injuries of which resulted in having to have 3 spinal surgerys within 3 years.
Eachtime I had to learn to stand and walk. Due to the severity of these injuries I am now unable to take part in any contact sports and limited with weight training. This has been a hard aspect to deal with and has led to mental stuggle with life and lack confidence in everything.
In the last year I have managed to find some activities that have made me feel like myself once again and now I would like to add back that competitive aspect of sports which I enjoyed so much.
Running, cycling and swimming has given me so much confidence back and my aim in to prepare and build up to the Ironman triathlon, so this is why I would like to start with the London T100 Triathalon as it will be an easier less risky course.
I would appreciate any and all help anyone can offer to help me achieve my goals to once again compete. I'm hopeful that this will help and show other people who have also struggled that they can do anything they put their minds to no matter what obstacles may come our way!
Thank you for your time and help.

Any money donated over costs will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital, to help them continue the great work they do.
