As some of you may know, i am running the London Marathon at the end of the month.

I will be raising money for Dame Hannah Rogers Trust, who have supported my brother Josh, who has cerebral palsy, for many years.

They provide 24/7 care for disabled children and adults, and aim to empower and enrich lives of those in their care.
