At 14 years old, my little sister Chessie was diagnosed with cancer, which turned our whole world upside down. But Teenage Cancer Trust were there every step of the way. I didn’t know my sister or my family could find light at such a dark time, but Teenage Cancer Trust made that happen. Chessie was treated and supported on one of their wards, and for that, I am forever grateful. This charity means so much to my family. They’re the only UK charity providing specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. They fund specialist nurses, youth workers and hospital units within the NHS, so young people with cancer get the sensitive, individual care and support they need. They exist so no young person faces cancer alone, and I am so honoured to represent them. Thank you so much for clicking on my page, your support means the world to me.
