Jesse Esphorst Jr, a 16-year-old baseball player at South High School in Torrance, California was killed in a three-car crash. Hours before the tragic wreck, Jesse Esphorst Jr. had just hit a two-run homerun in his team's 13-3 victory at Hawthorne High School. Jesse was a Lomita Little League player and his father was the president for several years. Also, his mother was the snack bar coordinator during this time. This family has been a part of the Lomita Little League family and any help at this time would be greatly appreciated.
