MASSIVE EARTHQUAKE HITS LOMBOK.
Adi Noersadi aka Adi O'et on facebook is currently in LOMBOK Indonesia where there are ongoing devastating Earthquakes. His humble home near Sengiggi Beach has been hit hard! The largest Earthquake was 7.0 on the Richter scale at 18:46:35.
His house has been totally destroyed by the Earthquake. He evacuated with his wife and young daughter. They are safe in a nearby refuge, but in shock, traumatized after experiencing the walls and ground crack up around them, escaping in the pitch black and in fear of Tsunami. The whole Lombok island is in chaos, wounded people coming into overflowing hospitals. The infastructure is not coping, or has collapsed. They are without power and limited phone connection, roads are cut, bridges are down. Emergency services like Red Cross are doing what they can with tents and water, food, but there is more local help needed. Half of the houses are reduced to rubble or are too unsafe to enter because of large cracks in walls and roof and open cracks in floor and surrounding ground. There is a general feeling of dispair amongst the Lombok people , with over 100 people dead and the body count is rising. Many people know and love Adi. He will be needing emergency funds for shelter, food, and water. and messages of love and support and hopefully a few extra dollars to help his situation.
