Lolit’s Emergency Medical Care

On August 14th, Lolit Paguia Catada was enjoying an evening with her friend at her home when she became dizzy and fainted. Her friend immediately called an ambulance and was rushed to the hospital.
Lolit suffered from extremely high blood pressure resulting in a blood clot in the brain and had a stroke.
After being transferred from the initial hospital to St. Luke’s in Quezon City, the attending physician quickly identified Lolit’s deteriorating health and suggested brain surgery. Lolit underwent brain surgery the following day to reduce the brain swelling.
As of today, Lolit is still in ICU. She has limited movement and is not aware of anything around her. She hasn’t spoken or been in physical contact with her loving husband, Solomon Catada, in nearly a week. He has been able to see her outside the ICU room but they are limiting visitors to reduce any contact with germs.
Lolit has a long road to recovery and at this time, the family is unaware of what the final costs of all her medical expenses will be. Any donation helps and is appreciated -- including all your love, support and prayers.
