Hello i am Aisling and I volunteer for the UK dogs team with Pawprints To Freedom Rescue. One of our wonderful dogs sadly needs surgery to help her live a pain free and comfortable life.

Lola and her brother Hooch got surrendered when their owner could no longer look after them. They found the most wonderful foster home which quickly became their forever home. Unfortunately when she arrived she walked a bit oddly and upon further investigation she has a damaged Cruciate ligament. Being a large breed this is causing her discomfort and pain.

Due to a previous issue with her blood not clotting when spayed, she will have to undergo specialist care to make sure she pulls through surgery. We have found her a wonderful vet who's willing to help her and has reduced costs as much as possible, we've tried other things to help but now surgery is the only option. It's risky but we need her to be able to be her playful happy and somewhat clumsy self. Her brother Hooch misses having his partner in crime not being able to keep up with him.

We need to raise £3000 to cover the Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy surgery and the extra blood tests that she will need to make sure surgery goes well and our bouncing beautiful girl pulls through.

We'd be so grateful to any help, not as much as Lola herself who will be able to not only walk again pain free but run and jump too.
