Hey everyone, my name is Melodi and on Thursday, December 15, 2016, my puppy nephew, Loki, got hit by a trash truck. This is one of my brother Brad's dogs. Loki lives up to his name by being a little trouble maker and this includes digging holes, underneath the fence, and escaping. As if escpaing once today wasn't bad enough, he decided to dig up a freshly filled hole and get out again. This time he wasn't as lucky, and got hit by a trash truck. This meant my brother had to get him in his vehicle, take him to one vet, get sent to another vet, that was far away, and wait while Loki's fate was undetermined. After waiting, and racking up a $1,500 bill, he was told that Loki was going to have to have a leg amputated. Another $2,000-$2,500 bill. My brother's dogs mean the world to him so I know he will do whatever it takes to save them. This is where im trying to help. I dont have an extra $3,500 to give him, but I want to do everything I can for not only him, but for Loki as well. Every single penny that is donated will go straight to his vet bills.
