BACKGROUND:
For all of you who know my mom, Loida Hunter, she suffered a heart attack last Apr 6 and had been in ICU since. 2 days ago, there was another attack so we were forced to transfer her to Phil. Heart Center where they have complete facilities especially for angiogram, which we have now been already told we need to do tomorrow.
We have been asked to prepare between at least 500k - 1M pesos ($11k-$22k) for it, because she needs to have at least an angioplasty already (depending on how many stents she'd need) or worse, a heart bypass. For all of you who know us, we are a very small family just trying to get by. We've already been overwhelmed by the amount of family and friends who have expressed their willingness to help and my heart is really full! This is still a large amount and we have exhausted all that we possibly have so I have now decided to get this out and ask for help because my brother and I will do whatever we can to help our mom.
