As most of you already know, I have dreams of becoming a journalist.  Over the last few years, I've tried to gain experience in different areas in journalism including: writing articles, filmmaking and sportswriting/broadcasting, just to name a few.

However, at an early age I found that I enjoy hanging out with politicians and giving my two cents on current events.  One of the careers I am considering in the future is as a White House Correspondent. 

As a result, I was nominated by someone to participate in the 2017 Presidential Inauguration Leadership Summit for middle schoolers from January 18-22, 2017 in Washington, DC.  And guess what....I just got the call this evening stating I was accepted into the program.

It would mean the world to me if you would contribute to my campaign so that I can spend five amazing days on Capitol Hill -- reporting live from the field, meeting with political leaders and activists, working with other delegates on an assigned project, witnessing the POTUS being sworn in, and finally attending the inaugural gala.
