Hi, my name is Patrick Duncan, I'm raising money for our family friend Lena Martin and her son Christopher "Logan" Kast. Logan has autism and for the last few months had been in pain from headaches. Unfortunately last week they found out he had a golfball-sized tumor in his brain. Yesterday they operated to remove it but found it was malignant. The next step is moving him to St. Jude's hospital for further analysis. As a single mother, Lena needs all the support she can get. Please consider contributing, all funds will go towards Logan's medical bills and supporting Lena while she is taking care of her son.

Update 3/13/23 - On Feb. 28 Logan traveled to Saint Jude's Memphis facility to be prepped for treatment. On March 20th he will begin proton beam therapy for 5-6 weeks. After that, he will come home for 4 weeks to rest before going back to Memphis for chemotherapy. I will continue providing periodic updates as Logan's treatment progresses!

Update 9/18/23 - Logan has finished 4 rounds of chemo as of 9/15 and is now in recovery. Doctors aim to have him home by his 17th birthday, October 16. He had been receiving food through a feeding tube but is now able to eat normally. At his lowest he was down to 108 pounds and is now up to 127 and steadily gaining!
