Logan Lesley surgery and travel support fund

Hi, my name is Scott Lesley. I’m raising funds for my son’s upcoming surgery and recovery. Logan, 17, was diagnosed on October 30th with a Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma. (JNA for short) Basically, this is a non-cancerous tumor in his forehead/sinuses. We are so thankful this is not cancer, but our doctors have informed us that there is a great sense of urgency to remove this growing tumor. So far there is no impact to Logan’s eyes or brain, but that could occur within the next 4-6 weeks causing permanent damages. Due to the vascular nature of this tumor, Logan is also at risk of the tumor rupturing, which would bring a high risk of hemorrhaging. So the surgery will be within the next few weeks with the first pre-operation appointments scheduled November 16th at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX.

That’s the bad news. The good news is that God has shown us grace with friends and family helping with meals, housing while we travel, a quickly-formed and highly skilled medical team, and so much prayer support. Thank you all!!!
