Logan Green's Funeral expense
Donation protected
With a very heavy heart I am writing this on behalf of my sister Brenda Green and her children Mikaela and Dylan.
Logan Green, Brenda's son and my nephew, at 18 years old already had his future planned out. He had big plans. He had mapped out short and long term goals and was well on his way to acheiving everything he dreamed of. He worked and studied so hard that he was already a Junior at the university of Toledo at the young age of 18. He told his mom " don't worry mom I have plans, I will be successful and one day soon I'll be able to take care of you." He was excited to start a new career at UPS working with his uncle Brad. Logan's enthusiam for life and positive attitude along with his drive and determination inspired so many people, even strangers.
Monday December 5th he laced up his new work boots that he bought for his new job, said goodbye to his mom and left an hour early to make sure he arrived on time for his first day of work. Sadly he never made it. He went missing and a frantic search for Logan insued. It seems like the whole city pitched in to help find and bring Logan home safe, for which we are eternally grateful. Four days of a mothers worst nightmare ended tragically. Friday December 9th Logan Green was found brutally murdered.
As you can imagine the whole family is devastated at this senseless crime. The kids had just lost their father a year ago and now they have lost a brother. It is heart wrenching. Brenda has been out of work for a couple of months and was very upset that she wouldn't be able to afford Christmas for her family. Now she has to worry about funeral expenses. There is no life insurance and she would like to give her son Logan a proper burial. If you can find it in your hearts to help with donations your kindness will be greatly appreciated. God Bless.
