Anyone who knows Logan Albers knows how he can make light of every situation and has a joke for almost everything. He is a caring husband, a father of four and a friend to many. In January 2021, Logan was diagnosed with T-cell Lymphoma after a rash on his leg wasn't healing. He has since seen specialists at Mayo due to the rarity of this type of cancer. He has been doing treatments at home with a UVB light therapy machine. Logan went in for a repeat CT scan in February 2023 and they found enlarged Lymph nodes in his chest and a tumor in his right lung. After undergoing numerous tests and biopsy's over the last few weeks they have ruled out the spread of lymphoma, which is a huge relief but are now concerned about Sarcoidosis, a serious lung condition that could be life-threatening without treatment. Logan will be going through more tests and repeat CT scans in the next few months to figure out what stage of the disease he is in and then make a treatment plan. He is the primary source of income for his family and has missed a significant amount of work due to his illness. This has been a scary time for Logan, his family and anyone who has been following his journey.
We are asking for donations to Logan's medical fund to help relieve his family from the significant stress that comes with the upcoming tests, treatments and the inevitable medical bills that will follow. Anything you have to offer is greatly appreciated.
