Loewen Family Medical and Travel Expenses

Our beautiful Morgan Jade Loewen was born on February 24th. Through routine newborn testing, they discovered Morgan had some heart defects. She was flown to Denver for further testing and treatment. The doctors discovered she had malposed great vessels, coarctation of the aorta, aortic arch hypoplasia, and a double inlet left ventricle. These serious defects will require Morgan to have at least 3 open heart surgeries. She had her first surgery on March 3rd, which went very well. However, a few days later she went into cardiac arrest due to a blood clot in her heart. This caused very severe complications and left her in critical condition. Morgan has been very strong and continues to fight every day. Through all this, her parents Eva and Danny Loewen have stayed at her side every moment. We’re raising funds for Eva and Danny to cover the cost of fuel, meals, lost income, and to cover any medical expenses that the insurance might not cover.
