The news hit hard when doctors discovered an ulcerated mass on Eddy's esophagus, along with masses on his liver, kidney, and pelvis. Eddy was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic esophageal cancer. Despite the tough road ahead, Eddy's resilience shines through, a testament to his strength.

Eddy isn't just a fighter; he has been the rock of his family. With two kids, Ray and Aryanna, and wife Nikki relying on him, Eddy has always put their needs first. Ray is navigating middle school, while Aryanna is dreaming of college at North Central University.

Eddy has worked tirelessly as a plumber to provide for his family. Since the diagnosis, Eddy has been unable to work, and financial strain has become a reality.
