My Fundraiser is for my daughter Krystal Locklear and her family. Krystal is a wonderful young lady who has 3 children and a loving husband. Devante (17), Aldeyshaun (15), and Ayanna (12).  They reside in Atlanta, GA.  My daughter Krystal is an optimistic and exceptional nurse who was admitted into Northside hospital June 29, 2016 for an out-patient surgery, and as of November 17, 2016 my loving daughter is still in the hospital due to some complications.  My daughter is very private when it comes to her personal life; she genuinely put others before herself.  To share her story on this site was one of the most difficult decision that I had to make due to her caring and wanting to put others before herself.   

My daughter went in for an out-patience surgery which was supposed to be very simple. To this day she have been in and out of the (ICU), high blood pressure, internal bleeding, and fluid on her lungs, and a variety of other health issues.  Krystal was receiving some financial assistance from her place of employment, but due to her overwhelming medical condition, and her extended stay in Northside hospital the funds has been exhausted.

Krystal and Nathan are very proud parents, and they would do anything for their family, but to go from a two income family to one has a great deal of pressure upon my son-in-law.  Nathan has taken on additional side jobs.  However, this is not enough, because he is as the saying goes (robbing Peter to pay Paul).  Their debt has increased to about $5000.00.  Any assistance would greatly be appreciated, and all funds would we utilize to cover their debt.  I would like to thank all for their support in advance.
