Loch Ness Marathon - 2nd October 2022

A few of us from Colorcon are running the Loch Ness Marathon on 2nd October. Collectively, we wanted to run for a charity and make a difference whilst we nurse our injuries, re-grow our toenails and heal our blisters.

We have chosen Cancer Research which is a charity close to us all. Colorcon has lost colleagues to this disease, and we have amongst us survivors of this disease. In some form, it has affected us all.

You will also have heard about our colleague, Paul Church, who is being treated for cancer. He is currently receiving a brand new drug which is not funded by the NHS. This is being funded privately and an incredible amount of money has been raised for Paul via a GoFundMe page, but we know that he needs more and that we can help.

Colorcon has kindly committed to MATCH what we raise for Cancer Research and pay the equivalent amount directly into Paul's GoFundMe page (up to £3000). This is where you come in!

We’ve set ourselves a huge target of £3000. Cancer Research will benefit and continue its great work into fighting this disease. Plus, Paul's GoFundMe page will get a nice boost to buy Paul some more life-saving treatment.
