Local Veteran with Cancer in need of help

My name is Angie LaMar, I have set up this Go Fund me to help my step father, a local Veteran James (Jim) Gullo. He was recently diagnosed with Lung Cancer, he has a tumor on his right lung the size of a tennis ball. His health has been quickly declining, they will start a combination of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy treatments this coming week 9/15/23 in hopes to shrink the tumor, then once the tumor has shrunk we are praying they will be able to do surgery to remove the tumor. Jim is also the caregiver and sole financial provider for his wife who is left disabled from Cancer a few years back. This family is already struggling financially, he is a small local business owner and will not be able to financially survive during his down time to pay rent, bills, medical etc. My hope is that they can get a little help so Jim can focus on getting through this battle and be healthy again soon to care-for himself and his wife.
