Sonoma County Ukrainian Family Needs Our Help

Donation protected
Our Ukrainian friends Olena Shkurkin and her mother Valentina manage the Bridgehaven Garden in Jenner, CA.  You've probably met them at their barn along Highway 1 south of Jenner, or seen the Press Democrat feature about them and their incredible garden. They are sending money to Olena's two sisters and their three children who are waiting to cross the Polish border to escape the war that is threatening their hometown Uman between Kiev and Odessa.

The fathers of these two families will stay to defend their town.  We are praying that this war will end and the families will be reunited.

The plan is to fly Olena's sisters Tatiana and Svetlana along with their children to San Francisco from Poland or Germany or wherever they can find safety as refugees from this horrible war.

Any amount you can give counts. All proceeds will go to Olena Shkurkin.

Pictured below are Valentina's grandchildren/Olena's niece and nephews Sasha, Max and Zahar.
