My name is Pete Robinson, and I’m fundraising on behalf of Athena a female empowerment charity that uses boxing to give young women strength, confidence, and life-changing opportunities they might otherwise never have.

Athena is about more than sport. It’s about giving girls a platform to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally through the discipline, resilience, and pride that boxing teaches.

Already, Athena has helped take young female boxers to national and international competitions proving that, with the right support, these athletes can thrive at the very highest levels.

But raising funds has never been easy, especially for women in boxing a sport where opportunities, sponsorship, and investment still overwhelmingly favour the male side.

Right now, we’re raising funds to send a selected squad to the USA to compete an incredible chance for these boxers to represent themselves, their regions, and the spirit of empowerment that Athena stands for.
