Local Grooming Business Needs Your Support!

Have you ever had friends that you would do anything for, just to help them succeed? As a small business owner, I know how hard it can be to start a successful business. My friends Lauren Lesh and Maddy Levine have been offered an opportunity too good to pass up. They just need a little help from our community, and this is why I’m starting a fundraiser for them.

It means everything to me to see my friends succeed, and to see a small business in Branford flourish. Lauren and Maddy have an opportunity to purchase a dog grooming business and it is truly the opportunity of a lifetime for both of them. Lauren has been grooming dogs for almost 5 years, learning and developing her skills as an accomplished dog groomer. She has truly found her passion and she has perfected her talents over time. She has recently acquired her certification in grooming. Maddy most recently worked in a kennel and doggy daycare, and just recently moved back to Connecticut from her home state of California. Lauren and Maddy both have such an adoration and love for animals that spans farther than just dogs, and they need some help!

As they are acquiring the dog grooming business, they need to move their location closer to the center of Branford and there are significant costs included in this transition. Between necessary permits from the town, moving their equipment, necessary plumbing and electrical updates, and completing some other necessary upgrades in the building, it really adds up! Please help me support my friends, so they can service the grooming needs of our best four legged friends, and continue to make Branford the beautiful place we know it is!
