We are raising funds to send meals from local restaurants to hospital ER and ICU workers throughout Maryland. It costs about $300 to send a delivery for a shift of 30 health care workers. We'll send food to Maryland-area hospitals indefinitely until the money runs out.
If you have a particular hospital to which you'd like to send a meal, please email the organizer or put the hospital name in your donation memo. Restaurant suggestions are welcome, too!
Any remaining portion of funds we raise less than a $300 increment will be donated to World Central Kitchen, the José Andrés organization that is also responding to coronavirus with efforts to employ restaurant workers and feed/support HCW.
