Local family need help after shock house fire

On Friday the 21st of February I received word from my mother that whilst doing her daily cleaning she spotted flames rapidly growing on our balcony area, it was too rapid for her to have any chance of stopping herself so quickly grabbed our family pet dog and made her way out of the house calling the fire brigade whilst doing so. Sadly by the time the fire brigade could get there and get their equipment up to the top floor we live on the fire had consumed the balcony and was making it's way into the house, toxic plumes of smoke making it's way throughout the house and upstairs ruining walls and tainting any wood and fabrics it met with in it's way. After everything had been put out and made 'safe' we've been eager to try and get the house in a livable order again, but unfortunately due to a stuborn attitude and the never thinking it would happen to us we sadly were stupid enough to not have contents insurance....leaving us here now. .
