Local family loses apartment and $15,000 deposit

My brother Matt, sister in-law Stella and my 3 month old niece Karah had the unthinkable happen to them in the early morning of August 10th 2019. They were evacuated from their apartment building in Chilliwack at 1am due to a fire that started on the 4th floor of the building. The building was engulfed in flames and they have major water damage in their unit.
They recently sold this apartment, and had purchased their new dream home in chilliwack; they were 3 weeks away from moving into their new home. Unfortunately, they have lost their $15,000 deposit down payment on the home they were supposed to be purchasing. 

Any little bit would help. My brother is a police officer and sister in law a nurse who is currently on maternity leave. They give tirelessly to the community, and they are in need of your help now.
