Snowy Rolls, a family ice cream business, was established in 2017 by Lily Zhao, loving mother and dedicated member of the Marietta community. In the years since opening its doors, the family (to include owner Lily, husband Chris Yu, and son Steven Yu) have watched children in the community grow up eating their ice cream and buying bubble tea, always with extra, extra, extra boba! The family has been lucky to receive tremendous loyalty and love from the Marietta (Cobb County) community over the years, and has made it a point to obtain ingredients from the freshest creamery dairy farm, staying true to a promise of supporting small dairy businesses.

Unfortunately, in April 2023, husband and father of the Snowy Rolls family, Chris Yu, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, which has rapidly spread throughout his body. Chris can no longer get out of bed without feeling tired, or support Lily in running the business to continue to provide for the family. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, the family has no choice but to sell the store, and plan for the difficulties that lie ahead. Any financial help as a token of community love and support at this time, would be sincerely appreciated.
