On the morning of December 6 at 8:53 AM a vehicle struck two of our firefighters that were out front of fire station 53.

Captain Hans was thrown a significant distance. He was transported as critical but stable condition via helicopter to the hospital. Captain Hans has 22 years of service with Safety Harbor Fire Department.
