Hi, my name is Kat! Recently, my baby Loaf needed emergency care that required multiple overnight stays in the ICU at the emergency vet. This is his 3rd trip to the emergency vet since he's been mine over the course of 5 years. This has definitely been the most serious. I have been trying to prevent this; he's been on prescription food for years, and yet still ended up having stones in his bladder. He is finally home and recovering with medications, and although it has been an emotional week, I couldn't be happier to have him home <3 He is my whole world, and I couldn't imagine life without him.

If you don't know me, I live alone, and while I get by pretty well, it's put a lot of strain on my finances to have a cat emergency like this.
