Sara's Insulin Pump

A year ago I was told that there was no hope for me because my heart, lungs, and kidneys were all failing. Instead of taking that as the final reason for giving up, I turned it around as a positive and took ownership of how I was going to live to the fullest. I changed my doctors and grew stronger in my faith that my Lord was going to heal me. From that point on, the Lord has answered my prayers by providing me with caring physicians who truly are taking care of my many medical issues. It has been a hard road with surgeries and medication but I’m still alive.

There is just one more thing that I need that requires a deductible that I cannot meet right now. This is why I am reaching out to my family, friends, and anyone who understands how it is to struggle when you have medical illnesses. I need an insulin pump in order to control the diabetes. Unfortunately, insulin isn’t working for me anymore. If I could have this pump to control the diabetes it would lead to better control my medical conditions like my heart muscle that was affected very bad last year. So, if you find it in your hearts to help me, I would be so thankful because I want to live a little longer and show that with Love anything is possible.
