Hi! My name is Lynn. I have found that after over 30 years in Social Work, I am seeking an opportunity to refresh my soul. I work with children in a school, and love my work. It is my vocation; That is my practical side.
I am also a lifelong Catholic Christian, who has lived my faith and sought to follow God's plan for my life along the way. My Mom was part Irish, and I have dreamed of traveling to Ireland for many years. Financially, it has been a dream that seems elusive, until now.
I found an opportunity to attend, and have been accepted at All Hallows University of Dublin, Ireland for a one-month sabbatical in April to May of 2016. I am so honored and excited to go to Ireland and participate in the "Water your Roots Sabbatical." It sounds like a heaven sent opportunity for me to refresh my soul, renew my commitment to my work and my faith.
Any help towards this cause will be greatly appreciated. I will pay it forward for the rest of my life, with service and prayer and gratitude! Thanks for reading my story and my dream of a Spring 2016 Sabbatical in Dublin.
God's Best Blessings to you!
*** Update***
I purchased my plane ticket on December 24th with proceeds from my December bake sales! Thank you all so much!
My next goal, to raise the money for my tuition, room and board at All Hallows Universiity in Dublin!
I will be doing more fundraising in the New Year, but if you have charitable giving to do before the 31st, please consider my sabbatical! God Bless You for considering this!

Only 10 days until I leave for my sabbatical! God is good! Thank you very much for all your love and support!
